The Committee believes that the Club will grow to around 280 by 2018.
Our strategy is to continue to market to Schools within the Kingborough and Hobart regions.
The success of the Club at State and national competitive competition has also been acknowledged by other Tasmanians clubs, and SLST. It is critical that the Club establishes a pipeline of young children, from the early seahorse program up to the seniors. The Northern Clubs (particularly Burnie, Devonport and Ulverstone) have been extremely successful at this strategy, evidenced by their strength of patrolling members and domination at State carnivals.
